THE COMPANY
With more than 70 years in the marketplace, Sociedade Caolinita LTDA offers and develops quality products related to the Extraction and Processing of Kaolin. Since 2014, the company have a new management board, as part of the integration with a Group of eight companies in the Ore business. We are strategically located in two different areas: Embu-Guaçu – Sao Paulo and Morumbi – Sao Paulo. In addition, we work with partners to ensure the quality and the efficiency in our processes and service. In order to offer qualified services to our partners and customers, our team have professionals from the most diverse fields (Geologist, Mining Engineer, Civil Engineer, ADM, Marketing, and more).
FIELD OF WORK
Our products have the chemical-physical characteristics to operate in national and international markets. The most common markets are: ceramic, porcelain, paint, civil construction and rubber industries.
Sociedade Caolinita is looking for developing markets. Besides from that, the company is always open to listen to our customers and to work in partnership with them aiming to develop other mining usage scenarios.
PROCESSES AND STANDARDS
Focusing on the standardization of its processes, Sociedade Calonita has implemented two manufacturing best practices procedures. On the one hand, a manual containing basic information to be adopted in the different stages of ore production was adopted, in order to guarantee the sanitary quality and the conformity of the products with the technical regulations. On the other hand, a Standard Operational Program that describes step by step how the employees should perform based in some rules that must be followed strictly. These procedures must be applied to all sectors that are in any way linked to the processes, ensuring that the products offered are in compliance with the demanding standards in the market.
